From the MAP Project (secondary schools - working world - partnership) – created by the HERMANN GUTMANN FOUNDATION – and trade fair activities in the career start and professional training sector, to Open Space events such as, for the first time, in 2012: GAD is fully present in the region.
On the GAD side, within the framework of MAP, the former production manager Karl Scheuer (now retired) and his successor Werner Goetz (today responsible for, among other areas Environment and Energy as well as for Trainees) are developing intensive activities in cooperation with other companies: at the annual Job Challenge, school students gain their first impressions of the world of work through company stands and events.
